Diplomacy Soundtrack?

Okay, this might sound odd, but I REALLY like that intro song from Diplomacy. The main-menu one. But it's not in any of the three 'sound' folders for me to toy with! How do I find it?

The Diplomacy opening theme is TEC3.ogg, not the Opening Theme.ogg, in the sound folder.
