I actually don't think this has been done... there are some decent articles on the wiki, but no one has made the articles for the diplomacy tech trees yet.

Why not just start a single player game as Vasari and carefully look over the tech tree, then come back to this thread and ask any questions you might have about them. Is there something specific about a piece of Vasari research you'd like to know?
