Skinning the Scrollbar..?

Hi,

I have tried many versions of WB, 4, 4, 4.1 etc.. and all of them, when i skin my desktop, i load up IE and My Computer, and it doesn't skin the scrollbars. This is really starting to annoy me.

Is there any way i can get it to skin the scrollbars?

When i first got WB, it did skin them, but then it jsut stopped.. any ideas?

Open the Configuration dialog -> Basic Settings -> Skin Advanced Controls -> Scrollbars ... is it checked?

Try Koasati's suggestion first. That should take care of your problem. If it does not, any chance you were using a purchased version of WB and now are using a shareware version? The new shareware version does not skin the scrollbars I understand.

It says "Scrollbars(Except Internet Explorer)" and that is ticked. But i have the freeware version. Would there be anyway of me getting it to skin it without purchasing WB?

Or, what extra features do you get WITH a purchased version?

No way I know of to skin the scrollbars in the shareware version. As to what extra features you get get in the registered version, that depends on what version of Windows you use.

There are several version of Windows (perhaps I should have said OS).  ......... Win3.1, Win95, Win98, WinME, WinNT, Win2k, WinXP. Which one do you use?

Although I'm not sure what exactly the shareware doesn't skin on XP, I'm thinking, you would see a lot of extras with the full version. Are your Shell Styles skinned, Tool Windows, Startmenu? I'm guessing here....... I haven't used the shareware for a long time (since win98) Maybe someone else can tell you. I know that scrollbars are skinned in XP, even in IE.
