LogonStudio without top and bottom

How can I creae a Logon without the top and bottom and the shutdown button still show up. for example Apocalypse_67's Arrival https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=26&SkinID=1820 .

There are a couple of ways to do it Leonhart.
If you are familiar with coding, you can do it thru the UIFILE.
Or you can slice the image you want to use on the Logon in 3 parts.
The top and bottom part should be 1024 X 88 and the center part should be 1024 X 592 [assuming you are using a 1024 X 768 image]
