PS oddity...

For some reason, when Im dealing with the layers of a certain image in PhotoShop (7) and I try to add some layer effects (drop shadow, bevel, etc), the little 'eye' to the left of the 'Effects' text on the layers window is greyed out and no effects are visible... Even if I click the 'eye' nothing happens...

Whats going on here?

Sounds like the effects have been hidden.

Right-click the layer on the palette and select 'show all effects'. It's the 2nd option from bottom. Should fix the problem.
