Knowing that the ... HOOVES ... HEAD & CHEEK MEAT ... LIPS ... TONGUE ... FAT ... RED MEAT ... TAIL ... HEART ...SMALL INTESTINES ... KIDNEYS ... LIVER ... LYMPH NODES ... ESOPHAGUS ... PANCREAS ... DIAPHRAGM ...SPLEEN ... STOMACH ... THYMUS ... & UDDER ... are all miraculously tranformed into products falling until the title "human food" ... I can't ever walk by the meat counter at the local supermarkets ... which, by the way, were empty of beef on December 23 ... well after the diseased meat had made its way to dinner tables of thousands ... & pondering the fact that the mutated protein is carried by the blood to the brain ... the same blood that courses thru the entire cow ... with scientists not even sure how it occurrrrrrs ... I feel I'd have to be in idiot mode to trust anything the governments says ... I remember, all too well, when the government said cocaine was not addictive & AIDS was a "gay cancer" ...

I'm really not worried about "mad cow". And I'm not worried about our governments system in tracking these things. If anything, the fact that they traced this cow to a herd in Canada...frightens me. They could track a cow...but not certain criminals?
Back to the cow...I am a beef eater. Will always be. One cow doesn't worry me.

Hmmm ... it's not just one cow ... entire herds are being slaughtered in Washington State ... like only "one cow" would contract the disease from thousands of cattle eatting the same feed???? ... reality check ... this "one cow" is just the tip of the roast ... check out www.madcow.com .... This cow was also a dairy cow which generally people dont eat dairy cows. Also we don't eat the brain and spinal cord. I had a steak today - no worries.
