Skin Studio Error....Help!!!

I keep getting this error when tring to launch Skin Studio...."rtl60.bpl was not found. Re-installng the application may fix this problem". I have reinstalled it 3 or 4 times, along with stardock central, but can't get it to work. I am running winxp pro, and any help would be wonderful.

Don't know if it will help but it's worth a shot.... Un-install, Reboot, Re-install. ......... if you've already tried that, I don't know.

I had the same problem. Try doing what Koasati said, I think it fixed the problem for me.

I have a similar problem:
When I open Skin Studio it I get an error message that says "Failed to set data for "old_assoc"
Then I get the option screen where you can pick what kind of skin you want to make. When I click on a skin type a new error message pops up that says "Acess violation at address 40029D0F in module 'rtl60.bpl'. Read of address 00000008"
Then another error message appears that reads "Acess violation at address 0055F1E8 In module 'SknStdio.exe' Read of address 000002F8"
Then the application opens but
A. I can't close it
B. Nothing appears inside the box
C. When I am in it my mouse is an hourglass
D. I can create a new skin and open existing skins by going to file menu
E. Th only way to close it is with the taskmanager

This may have to do with the fact that my grade's computers were recently re-imaged and locked down but I was alowd to re-install everything.
Could someone please help me

also I cant reinstall or unstall because I am now a restricted user just like the rest of the 7th grade
