Help with windows background skinning

Can anyone explain how to skin the background in skinstudio. I have 3 attribute in personality. They are windows background explorer windows background dialog and windows background MDI all have a simple greyscale bmp 50x50. It shows in preview window but not in test window nore if I apply it. Any help appreciated

Anyone have an idea why it wont let me? Says disabled in shareware version but its full version

You need to open Windowblinds Advanced Configuration then go to Basic Settings. Select the Skin Window Background check box.
