Go to that file...is that .XML file really there?

yes , in beta folder and production folder
Should i just run it?

No...don''t use anything in the Beta...try this...delete that .XML file (production) to the Recycle bin and try the install. If it doesn''t work and we need it back, then we can restore it from there.

You got a Firewall and/or AV proggie up and running?

Both, network firewall and AV, tryed to disable the AV and run, still nothing
You would think i would be able to install the other programs , never a problem
with WB, FX , etc. no problems with SS till about two weeks ago..?

I assume you''re using Stardock Central to install this. They''ve made some changes the last couple of weeks and that Network Firewall might be causing a problem . There''s been several updates out lately with other SD apps....did you have any problems with them?

I just updated some apps from SD a short time ago, in fact i am running the beta
WB 4.29f(rc).002, update date april 1 and DesktopX beta 2.19a(b).002 , update date mar 29
and Iconpge 2.5 , april 3, so they must have made some big changes after that
i dont seem to be able to update anything now, what do you suggest i do?

There''s been , from what I see, about 3 updates since then (WB, SS and Theme Manager). If it won''t let you update any of them (assuming you show thwm as updates) then you might want to try a re-install of SDC...if you want to try then download this http://storage.stardock.com/files/sdcentral_current.exe install it right over the one you have and let it auto update . The one thing you should do before you re-install is Delete the contents of C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\Temp (leave the Temp folder there, just Delete the contents)

BTW: if you don''t show any of those updates (WB,SS and Theme Manager) let me know ''cause that''s another problem altogether.
