Missing minimize buttons

I've been getting reports of missing buttons from my skins that used to work...anybody know what is causing this?Do I have to update all my skins to make them work?This becomes a lot of work.

Check all the buttons to see that they are set to show always and etc. I once saved a skin and a whole bunch of button settings changed all by themselves. I certainly didn't go down the list checking all the buttons to show in different states. You have to make peace with skinstudio or it will drive you crazy sometimes. When it starts to get pissy, just shut it down. Show it who is boss.

Brainy, check your transparency and translucency switches, too. Can't remember which switch it was, but I know the close button in your Texas skin had a switch enabled that should not have been. I think it was transparency, but not sure.

Shameless is right. Someone had a problem with one of the Texas skin titlebar buttons and I believe it was in the transparent/translucent settings.

I'm guessing older versions would let you get by with not having some settings exactly right, while the newer versions are pickier.

Probably all you would need to do is to open each skin and dot all the i's and cross all the t's
