Well, on the topic of the dialog boxes, how do I get rid of that line around the outside of the Shutdown and Logoff boxes?

What I want to know since were on the topic of impossible tasks in SKS, why doesn't the "All Programs" text change, when you change it in SKS?

Are you sure about that line? I thought that somewhere you could change the colour or something. I'd love to change the colour to black.

In the More Programs Panel => Background. It shows up right in the preview window, but doesn't work in the skin. Also here's another one, under Fonts for Classic widgets, you can set up system fonts, for unskinned parts. One that you can set up is the Font for icon titles, but it doesn't change this font for any icon, but the one for changing menus does appear to work.
