Shutdown/Logoff Dialog Buttons

I just finished my first WB skin and I have found one bug in it I just can't find how to fix. For some reason, whenever I go to shutdown or logoff, the Standby/Hibernate and Switch Users buttons always appear in their mouseover state, but they appear just fine in skin studio. I don't think it's the image I made for those buttons, they are regular 24-bit bitmaps with each state being 33x33. The only way I can get them to display correctly is if I click on the Cancel button in the dialog, hold it down, and move the cursor off the Cancel button. After that it will appear just like how I want it.

Would anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Those button have the focus, hence the mouseover state.................... it bugs us all.

Skinning limitations created by the operating system. Or as Koasati(#2) said...

I guess if you just want it to look right...you could make the graphics 'wrong'
