You guys just don't get it! There are really only 3 types of computer people: geeks who love anything and everything to do with the computer oldies and goodies who love the computer but are too old to really get technically involved (me) and the rest of the world who don't give a damn about anything but email and perhaps catelogue orders. Quit trying to appeal to the 3rd group and spend more time helping the 2nd group to be more successful with your programs. I love all this stuff but am sometimes overwhelmed by the problems that occur when I try to download a new "suite", etc. I have no computer experience except what I've read in the Dummies books but I still want to be a player in the computer arena. Please consider this when you respond to "ignorant email".
