Please help me my fleet supply is always 0.

The investigations dont works

Is it zero even at the start of the game? If it is that is just weird. Otherwise you probably just maxed out your fleet and need to do the fleet supply research under the fleet logistics research tree.

Are you using some crazy mod? What does your fleet look like NOW, with your supply being zero, and what are "investigations"?
