How many corvettes does it take to get to the center of a Battleship?

As I was pumelling the Yor Collective into goo, the "Yor have found Precursor Corvettes" event occured.

They got 100 corvettes! :SURPRISED: In one neat stack! Right in front of one of my battleships.

And apparently, 100 wasn't enough... ;)

According to the 'simulator':

Attacker: Corvette
Defender: Battleship

The defending ship is expected to win 100% of engagements, with an average of 38 hit points remaining.

On average, it would take 20 attacking ships to destroy one defender.


This, of course doesn't take into account mil. resources or improvements.
