Wait and buy the Gold Edition

Hopefully Impulse replaces the old one listed on their site with the Gold Edition and sells it.  The Gold Edition is not an upgrade so you would have to rebuy it after buying this game.  I prefer Impulse but the Gold Edition is presently for sale on Steam.

About the game:  UFO ET is what would have happened if XCom had been updated for modern computers.  If you like a turn-based Science Fiction type of game then this is a very good game.  Shoot down the nasty alien invaders, reverse engineer their technology then use it to try to survive and hopefully win the war.

Note that the sequel UFO ET2 is presently in development and due out in 2011.
