Windowblinds 4 not starting up/showing in display properties.

Hi folks.
Just installed windowblinds 4 on a laptop. However when I go to display properties there is are none of the additional buttons/menus etc to load a skin. Have it running fine on my pc. Is this a graphics driver issue? Any ideas?

Laptop:
PIII
Win XP with SP1
Graphics chip: SiS 630. Latest driver installed.

nope.......

Un-install WB and re-boot. Re-install WB and reboot.........

I don't even get the display property screen? Is there a setting I'm forgetting??

Wait a minute...you mean when you click control panal/ display nothing comes up?

Nothing at all. I get it back after an Un-Install of WB and a Reboot. Any Ideas???

Now that doesn't give me the Display Properties screen back. Now I have to Un-Install Start central and seeif that will give it back to me.
