Creating a Container

I was wondering if there is a way to put Internet Explorer into a container in DesktopX, or any app for that matter. I would like to be able to have all my windows look the same. For an FYI I am running Win2K and am considering going to WinXP.

What do you mean 'put them in a container' ? Do you mean something like this https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=3&SkinID=2773 ? Or do you mean make the windows in appear in a designated section, like set the maximize, minimize width and height...?

Like the link, in other words say you open IE 6 in win 2 k it looks like a win 2 k window even when you have a desktop x theme running. I want to be able to change that window border and everything to look like it is part of the theme. I want to be able to do this for more than just IE but I figure that is a start.
