Help...with..

Hi all-
I had to do a system recovery and when I came back to the site I could see the ratings...as soon as I logged in the ratings disappeared. I hadn't been able to view them since WC began its move.....but now I don't think that's the problem at all. I have already cross referenced the accounts etc. Please help.....with how to view the 'rateings'. Thanks.
