In Wincustomize Web Browser, go to "Upload" at top of page.
Select "Wallpapers"

Hints:

1 Where it says Bmp, compress the bmp or you can use a Jpeg, either way, zip the Bmp/Jpeg wallpapers.

2 Place both the preview and the zipped wallpaper on your desktop so that you can easily select them to add when "browsing" for them.
