Need help with skin studio

Two days ago, all of a sudden, I cant open up any files in skin studio. I keep getting this message: "Skin studio has detected that the skin has either a gap in the button numbering or the button count attribute has a wrong value" "Do you want skin studio to correct this problem for you?"
This happens whenever I try to open any skin. And it doesent matter weather I choose yes or no to have skin studio correct it. Nothing happens either way. I get a blank skin with no attributes. This also happens when I try to create a new skin. I don't seem to be able to use SS at all. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing both SS and WB. I am using SS 3.96d(b)003 and WB 4.19d(b)002. Is any one else having this problem? Or does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

I've had problems with all the WB4.19 betas. But I haven't tried the latest 'd' version, afraid of what it might do. After going back to 4.10 from 4.19c, most of my skins were missing files. Take a look in your WB skins folders, you may find what I did....... empty or almost empty folders.....

Crissy, I'm still at 3.96d[b].002 for SkinStudio and 4.19b[b].002 for WindowBlinds and no problems like that. I saw there were newer versions available but usually don't update when I'm working on a skin. (Yes, I've actually started on another skin!)
