skinning programs

I'll admit it Im new to skins but I wanna try. Any suggestionson free programs. Ive tryed Gimp & Pixia both are pretty intimidating.

Aside from MSPaint, those are probably it for the free ones. Paint Shop Pro is relatively inexpensive, though.

Heres a link to a page where youll find Photo Plus, a free graphics program. (and a few other free programs you might be interested in). The free programs dont have all the bells and whistles that PSP and PS have,...but they're free. Personally I use ms paint and PSP7 . If you do a google search for free graphic editors/programs, you might frind a few others.
