Help 4 a Newbie:Icon on background

hi guys this is my first post here:)
ive a problem,
ive installed object dock anz y'z dock on my desktop. Fantastic tools, but, i need to see the tray icons (icons in background, as internet cnnection or icq or winamp agent, etc...).
If Exist any tool that can make me see the try icons plz quoteme it
