Windowblinds is not working

Ok Windowblinds just will not load. I have installed and uninstalled it several times. As well as rebooted. It will change colors but not load the visual elements. It is really annoying all other things are loading ok apparently, without Windowblinds they tend to look dumb.

OK...save you skins to a temp folder and then un-install WB. Delete the Window Blinds folder. Re-boot. Re-install WB, move skin folder back to WB folder and re-boot...let us know if that works

Got to be something in WB config...open WB config/user overrides and make sure nothing in 'XP Overrides' is checked.

Ok I got it so it is skinning programs but it is still not skinning explorer windows.

right mouseclick on the desktop, then windowblinds and check 'basic settings'
