Help with downloading libraries.zip

I try to download the libraries.zip file to view the entire library, but it never loads and I end up with no items in the Skins and Themes tab. What could be causing this?

Use Atlanta server and SDC to refresh Wincustomize Libraries. Leave on 'Skin and Themes' and restart SDC..they should now be there...

It didn't work. I think the problem is that the default download manager that Windows uses to download files is faulty. It shows false information up until it has supposedly downloaded 50% of the file, then it says it has downloaded 99% right after. Is there a way that I can use another download manager (like FlashGet) to download libraries.zip and then install it into the browser?

Interesting... I have FlashGet and the Skinbrowser has never activated it, even though it works fine with IE (when I use IE lol). I believe with the nature of the file, it must be downloaded by the Skinbrowser and loaded when done. I would assume if you have a download manager jumping in, then its interrupting the process. Perhaps you need to set the download manager to download to the SB folder?

No. FlashGet doesn't jump in, though I wish it did. Whatever that thing is called (the save dialogue if you didn't have a third party download manager) it doesn't download files properly. It always gives false information about downloads, reading them at 50% done one second and 99% done the next. Note I said Is there a way that I can use ANOTHER download manager (like FlashGet, for example) to download libraries.zip and then install it into the browser?
