WindowBlinds 4 Install Error

Hello everyone. Every time I attempt to install WindowBlinds 4 on my XP system, I get an error that xpplaces.bm_ has an incorrect size. The log shows:

Download: C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\temp\Base\Blackcomb\xpplaces.bm_
Error: Full file downloaded
Result: Failed (attempt 1)
Download: C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\temp\Base\Blackcomb\xpplaces.bm_
Error: Full file downloaded
Result: Failed (attempt 2)
Download: C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\temp\Base\Blackcomb\xpplaces.bm_
Error: Full file downloaded
Result: Failed (incorrect file size)
Installation aborted (failed)

Anyone have any thoughts/guesses on how to go about resolving this? I just purchased ObjectDesktop and it is somewhat difficult not being able to use it. I've tried other packages, and I get similar errors, though the file giving the error is different (WindowsFX gives the same error on wfx.dl_)

If you have any of the shareware programs installed, you should remove them first. Don't know what's causing this really............

I haven't tried support yet, was hoping that it was a known issue/problem. I do not have any shareware from Stardock installed (or any that I know of really). I'll try stardock support. Thanks for the response.
