DOwnloads in wincustomize browser or Stardock Central won't work

when i try to download anything from these programs the downloads fail...i would like to kno why...

do you have a Network card with a RealTek chip set? I had the same problem, also had a lot of "disconnected from the server errors" during big downloads, I changed my NIC card and it fixed the problem.

no, i use dial up, i managed to fix the problem tho

I have had continual problems in D/L suites/themes. I thought when they "fixed" the WC folders that maybe this would have fixed the problem, but no. I see some people saying that they do apply these "skins" and some do not, but no consistant answer on what the problem is?

And what is up w/Support not at least trying to answer it's email!!!
