Skining quit shortcut

I've downloaded a shortcut for quiting object but when I use it the quit dialog is the same as windows default.Anyway to change this?

The shutdown dialog is only skinned in WB4. You need WB4 and a WB4 skin to do this

I allready have WB4 nad a WB4 skin.The problem is that the only quit dialog that is skinned is the quit dialog from the start menu,the shortcut for quiting is not.An alternative could be to make a shortcut to the quit dialog from the start menu.Any idea?
