How to open/extract .ip .icl .dxpack?

I'd got a little tiny problem here. How can I open/extract a file type of .ip .icl & .dxpack? Incidentally, these files are download from this website.

.ip is a renamed .zip to be used with IconPackager, but you can jsut unzip it and use the icons without IconPackager if you don't have/want that.

.icl is a set of icons. To see what's inside, select one of the shortcuts (on your desktop or elsewhere), right-click, select properties, select change icon, browse to the .icl file and voilà!

.dxpack is to be used with DesktopX. DesktopX and IconPackager can be found at https://www.stardock.com

What is it you want to do exactly?
Apply them, or actually extract the files from them?
To apply them, you need their respective applications: IconPackager for .ip, and DesktopX for .dxpack. As for .icl, that's just a icon library, all you need is any icon editing software such as Microangelo to name only one.
As for extracting the files conteined in the .ip or .dxpack, just rename the extension to .zip and extract as you would a regular zip file.

Nssss.....to actually apply the skins or icons, etc....you need their respective programs.

Windows does not do it for you...

Well then open up icon packager and browse for the ip file... also with dx files, just double click on them and they will apply
