Serial Key Help

Hello,

I bought this game several years ago and never played it. I thought I would play it now as I have some free time from working coming up and have run across a serial key problem.

At some point, I needed space in my house and put all of my games into a CD case and copied all the serial numbers into a word document. In the process of copying Galactic Civilizations I wrote the serial key out as a solid block without the - - - dashes in between the numbers/letters. When I downloaded Impulse to update the game, it stated invalid serial and please make sure to enter any and all - - dashes.

Does anyone know where the dashes go? My key is 28 characters long and I do not think I fall into they misprint category that I read about on here. I also have not received any help from e-mail support besides an automated e-mail.

I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter.

Support should be able to get it manually registered for you. When did you send in the ticket? They may be a bit backlogged due to the holiday, but as long as you don't "bump" your ticket, it will get addressed.

Alternatively, if you're able to visit Impulse chat during EST business hours, you can generally speak to someone directly live.
