Longhrorn Bar Dockable?

How can I make the longhorn bar always on top but dockable so that when I maximize programs they dont go behind it?

Frogboy's Longhorn bar (for Desktop X) comes with a little button in the top right hand corner that minimizes the whole shabang for you. That might help...but it sometimes gets in the way of the close button!

thats not what I mean, I mean when I maximize the programs they go as far as the longhorn bar and then stop.

its a setting in the desktopx dialogue. on the first tab in the lower right click on work area and set it to the right size to work like you like
