disable the start menu

In the theme that I have I dont need the start menu.I allready have chosen to hide the start menu in objectdock but when the computer starts it shows, also when I terminate an application like explorer it shows.So what I was wondering is if there are any way to disable the start menu

You might try an ObjectBar or DesktopX object that covers it. When hidden, it does briefly appear from time to time.

If you use desktopx's hide taskbar option it shouldn't show up.
