Uploading problems

I have been trying to upload my desktop screenshot to my author info page, but all I get is a placeholder. I took the shot in my native resolution of 1024x768 opened it in Photo Impact and optimized it for uploading, is there something I'm missing? should I do something different? I looked around the help section but did'nt see anything related to my problem, I suppose I could have missed something. If anyone has any ideas I'm listening

Rename the file...no punctuation.

Rename the file...no punctuation.
.... and no special characters.  Alpha-Numeric name, and JPG only.

Does it matter if the jpg is in caps or not, and when you say no punctuation do you mean no .dot before jpg?

Gotcha! that's what I thought But now when I hit submit it says the page can not be displayed

That happens from time to time with the server problems. Try later and it should work.
