problem with explorer windows

hi ive been following vampothika guide but kinda stuck on explorer windows and also that part of guide has small writing heres a pic of left side

ive already did some of the taskbar and start menu how do you set a gap between taskbar and start menu hers a pic http://img837.imageshack.us/img837/1890/pic002.png and i still have the window frame problem
