Impulse, WB7, and registrations

Hi. I hope this is the place to ask this. I d/l'd Windowblinds 7 for my netbook, installed in on the 30 day trial. The 30 days expired and everything reverted to WinXP. I had paid for WB7 within the 30 days, I think, as I have the Stardock replies in email. In the email it says to install Impulse to d/l WB7. So altho WB7 is already d/l'd and installed, I d/l'd  Impulse, too. It asks for a registration number. The Stardock email has what I think is a long alpha-numeric registration number but Impulse won't accept that (or the few days later) number. I have verified the difference between "Os" and zeros so that's not the problem. What shall I do so I can go back to using WB7? Thanks.

JT, I believe that you have to unload the trial version before downloading the paid one. You can not delete through Impulse, see this thread for more info. (https://forums.wincustomize.com/403406). after deleting you would download your paid version through Impulse. If you are still having problems you can email [email protected] or post here in the forums.

Don't 'delete' it. gmc2 undoubtedly meant to "uninstall" it.

Use CCleaner (free...just google it). then logon to Impulse using your WC nickname and password, and then it should appear in the 'My Software' tab to download and install.

Yes, you need to completely uninstall the trial version first.
