[1.19b][Crash] on next turn

Loaded a save game, fought 1 battle against a caravan, checked a couple things, next turn, & boom.

No problems earlier in the campaign.

application event-view says  "Faulting application elemental.exe, version 1.1.9.2, faulting module elemental.exe, version 1.1.9.2, fault address 0x00557e00"

Edit: experimented more.  It happened again when I killed the hostile caravan and hit next-turn without doing anything else but not when I let the caravan live till next turn.  The caravan in question was deep in my territory, next to a city I had taken about 20 or 30 turns before.  Not sure if it was there along or if it wandered in from somewhere.
