1.2 Feedback

The Setting: 2-3 hour game 2v2 on Fulcrum. 3 AIs and me, all AIs ended up TEC and I chose Advent.

Pirates were great as I have said in the change log thread. Much better balanced. AIs bidded on each other once I nudged them which was realistic and fun. Enemy team relations fell apart half way through which was a surprise but still made it a great game as it felt so random and realistic. However, as we all know it wasn't very random and AIs just don't get along very well. Made this game fun but maybe after 20 games...

Anyways, that was the only thing that could have bugged me. AI surrendered at decent times which was amazing. They usually wait the entire game before giving in, but both had 2-3 planets left when they pulled out so that was a nice surprise. I have a feeling something has been tweaked here cos its happened to me a couple of times since updating now and it is welcome.

Enjoyed playing Advent cos I usually don't. Caps performed admirably and even the Illuminators did well (had a mission from my TEC ally to destroy Civ Structures. The Illuminator side beams got me over the line with only 20 seconds to spare :P )

So, all in all, good times had.

Would love to see some more news or screen shots for Rebellion tho.

Glad to hear some good reports about the latest update. Hope to hear more. That includes practical criticism as well.

I've got Win7 Ultimate 64-bit. A Nvidia GTx260, A Phenom II black edition 2.8ghz triple core L1, L2, L3 chache, 750w psu, an Asus crosshair formula III mb, and 4gb ram. Hope that helps. Please fix >_>

I have a similar system win7 64bit, gtx260, i7 860, blah, blah, and don't have any issues. Are you running any mods? Have you tried verifying your installation? Have you tried deleting your LocalData directory and letting Sins rebuild it? What have you tried since upgrading to 1.2?
