Can sumone plz Help ... when i install my a Skin(icons) using Icon Packager... it works fine but when i reboot the PC sum Icons Turn back 2 how they where be4, orginal Windows Icons... can sumone Tell me why this happens ? or How 2 Fix it...

I get that too (but only on one of my laptops) the other machines the icons stick fine... =/

have you tried rebuilding the icon chache? there is a button for this in icon packager, the one with two green arrows on the tool bar.

i dont know if this will help, but it is worth a try.
