maybe im being vain and/or arrogant when i say this, but i dont think my skin at the top of this page http://scripts.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?AuthorID=3748 deserves 2 out of 10 - which means no1 can download it.....

can some1 help!!

I looked and I don't see any "ratings"....where are they?

Anyone can change the rating level that gets used as a filter in their profile. So anyone can download it.

I noticed your wallpaper has several peer ratings, which indicates it was not rated a 2 when it was submitted.
