When will the Windows 7 substyle be available?

You should (if you've purchased the skin through Stardock) have it among your registrations along with a download link.

Verify you do have that and if you do, download it to wherever you keep downloaded not yet extracted skins. It'll probably ask to replace the one you already have in that holding area. Say yes. Then, delete the skin from the WB config window and then install the newly downloaded one.

If there's no W7 substyle, contact essorant or SD support (if you bought it there).

I do have it among my registrations. There is no W7 substyle.  This forum is SD Support.

Laguna is a Masterskin by essorant, not StardockDesign nor by Stardock. As such, you should probably pm essorant and ask him when he has plans to update it.

In fact, this is a Support Forum and this thread should probably be moved, since the issue does not revolve around a software issue.

Hi. No problems with this - after the weekend (when the WC peeps are back in) I will make sure that the version on WinCustomize is updated to the version which does have the Win7 substyle.

(Historically, this was caused by an error when the update was posted - I think that it might be that the original was 'laguna' and I updated the files as 'Laguna' (upper case) which the WC upload program didn;t seem to like. After that, I think we thought we had fixed things, but it seems that it is still not the correct file. It might need a little 'manual intervention' by a tech guy.)

Sorry that this is still a problem.
