unable to download updates for galactic civ 11

also unable to download updates for Sins of a Solar Empire Trinity

When i tried to download the updates available on the right side of my games in my account, they always tried to download Impulsesetup file. When I tried to run the file, it runs until I got a message: Runtime error in setup

My computer: win vista ultimate 32bit Sp2, Asus ENGTX460 TOP 1G with the latest driver, 4G ram, intel i7 2600K
