Stardock is making available a stand alone shareware version of the ObjectBar beta to WinCustomize supporters. Users who have purchased a T-shirt or CD or hat or whatever here will be receiving an email from WinCustomize with a link to download the shareware version.
It'll eventually be made available to the general public but this is a way of thanking those who are supporting the site financially.
If you already have Object Desktop, 0.60 will be available there too. 0.60 is a very radical change from previous versions of ObjectBar from a GUI standpoint. It's much cleaner and easier to use (And more stable).
