Don't forget about the User Guide that comes with the program - there is a lot of information there as well. The tutorial mentioned above extends the NextSTART User Guide by providing hands-on information regarding Hotspots and the Menu Editor.

The fabulous Tim Dagger (aka Essorant) is also currently writting a NextSTART/WorkShelf skinning tutorial - I'm sure it will be a great tutorial as well, and one long overdue...

The User Guide inside the program, covers everything you neeed to make a NS theme, it's pretty much complete and I'm sure you will find what you need. Good Luck!
