Close button not working in PropertySheet

We bought SKS7.1 and everything is working fine in all dialog box and in all winodows, except for the close , minimize and maximize button on title bar of PropertySheet dialog(which is Modalless dialog box and created using MFC CPropertySheet class).
I have design frame in UIS2 frame. If anyone has any idea for this I would appreciate. thanks
