skins look like crap on download 2.2

when ever I download a skin from wincustomize here it alway looks really bad and shmeary. I kow on the download u don't get the cool scrollbars or anything but this is rediculaus. csn snyone help me out ad get my skins to look better????

i'm not 100% sure what you mean JM???

the windowblinds skins here _do_ support scrollbar skinning. It's the trial version of windowblinds that doesn't (not the actul skin).

What skins are you downloading, and from what area??

It sounds like your graphic display setting is not correct...or your graphic drivers are in need of updating....

Ah yes, skinnable apps usually look like trash when ran below 16-bit colours. What's your colour depth? (go to "Display Properties > Settings > Colours" to find out)
