DesktopX shutdown options

I have noticed that the lust of options does not include hibernate or suspend, is there a way to get these w/o using the shutdown menu?

erk, can't edit posts Would like to add, is there a way to get the quicklaunch bar in addition to the systray and taskbar?

not sure about the shutdown options, but you can create an object that points to the quicklaunch folder (C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch in win2k and C:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch in win98). set the object as a menu and BAM, there's your quick launch!
