Tool for making 32-bit WindowsXP Icons (with Alpha Channel?)

Hi there,
just wanted to know if there is any tool available for making icons that use Windows XP's new trueColor-Icon feature?! Hope you can help me, thanx in advance...

It is a new tool for creating 32bit XP icons, supporting the new alpha blending technology in XP.... you can even take a PhotoShop PSD file and import that into the software... cool stuff
