Odd Domain-Dependent Skinning Behavior

I have a little applet called KnockOut (for getting Outlook to actually shut down) that sits in the SysTray & is accessed by context menu.  That context menu is skinned when I'm logged in with my domain profile, but not skinned when I'm logged on to the local computer.  The app is not excluded in WB.

Happen to be running WB6 on XPP SP3, but this was also the case with WB7 before I 'downgraded'.  Any ideas why the behavior would be different under the two logins?

Thx.

Daiwa, I saw this when it was first posted. Stumped me then, and stumps me now. How could the applet tell the difference? Could it have anything to do with the skinnability of the shell the applet is running in... I mean at which level it's running?

I'd ask Neil... or Support. I don't know that much about windows (fundamental stuff)... maybe yrag?

I guess the domain one has no admin rights ?

Thanks Doc & c242 -

Actually, the domain login is both a Domain Administrator and local Administrator, and the local machine login is an Administrator.  Baffling to me, too.  It's my inner Spock at work - mostly a matter of my curiosity and compulsive need to understand shit.  :)
