MultiMonitors and RDP

Been trying Fences out on my work PC (dual monitor setup) and love it. I did find a slightly annoying problem though when I RDP into my work computer from home. I have dual monitors at home and span the RDP window across both monitors and find the Fences nearly double in size. When I come into the office the Fence size if back to normal but the Fence moves to my primary monitor forcing me to move everything around again.

Is there anything I can do to work around this? Perhaps a console profile and RDP profile so I can maintain consistancy?
