[1.39] elemental crash without dump OR zip

updated elemental from 1.3 to 1.39, deleted the save games folder, then started elemental,played a game on a 8x8 map with 15 starts & seven shards for approx 3 hours, saved, closed elemental,went out to work, when I had got home, loaded elemental, then loaded the save game, played on for approx 3 hours and application error in elemental

NO dmp file was created in the usual crash location, nor a zip file ,

created a zip containing the debug.err,dxdiag and save game folder
